I am a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified and Licensed Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and after care specialist. 

 MLD Treatments can help you to heal quicker from your surgery, resolve bloting, improve circulation, lesson bruising, and help with pain. MLD will also improve your surgical outcome. 

Bodywork and Muscle Testing can help eliminate pain and dysfunction, improveBmovement so that you can enjoy your active lifestyle and be a more healthy, fit, and better you!

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years.
